Casuarius is a genus of birds in the order Casuariiformes, whose members are the cassowaries. It is classified as a ratite and is native to the tropical forests of New Guinea, Aru Islands, and northeastern Australia.

We have observed Cassowary 5 times world wild from 2021-08-17 till this date with the last observation being in 2022-06-20 in Brazil.

Our data suggest that Cassowary are highly active in January, August and June world wild but differences observed on country level, while the lowest activity observed on April and March.

We noticed also the top 3 countries to observe Cassowary in are: Spain, Mexico and Philippines respectively.
