The cockatiel, also known as weiro bird, or quarrion, is a medium-sized parrot that is a member of its own branch of the cockatoo family endemic to Australia. They are prized as household pets and companion parrots throughout the world and are relatively easy to breed.

We have observed Cockatiel 76 times world wild from 2021-08-03 till this date with the last observation being in 2022-07-11 in Brazil.

Our data suggest that Cockatiel are highly active in March, February and December world wild but differences observed on country level, while the lowest activity observed on April and November.

We noticed also the top 3 countries to observe Cockatiel in are: Brazil, Philippines and United States respectively.
